Play School - Clock

Play School wanted an iPad App that help teach kids the time on a clock using characters from the tv show.

We created a clock in the style of Play School, that used interaction, sound and animation to help kids learn the idea of time throughout the day and night. As the child interacts with the sun and drags it in an arc (mimicking the suns trajectory in real life), the hands of the clock move from and lock in on the hour every hour. As the big hand reaches 12 a character pops out from behind the tree and as the child clicks on this it takes them to a game that is associated with that time of day. IE 7am is when Humpty wakes up, so you are taken to a game where you have to get Humpty out of bed and help him get dressed by choosing what outfit he will where that day.
